  I have never had such a deplorable experience as I had in this store with an employee named Sandy. Sandy didn't seem interested in solving my problem let alone in hearing what it was. She kept looking all over the store instead at me the customer. She even started walking away twice. I know I'm not some tech savvy young person, but I'm not stupid either. I should get the respect a customer deserves when they enter this establishment with a problem, as I gave her as an employee. She was rude and gave the impression that she couldn't wait till I was gone. I hope the rest of the staff in this store are more respectful. I will try another store in the area, and if no help is there, I will be going to another carrier. I gave this store one star and if I could have given less, I would have done so.
