  Bought a Samsung washing machine and dryer and had it delivered for installation. The installer did not properly tighten the valve when loosening and tightening the water line to washing machine and we had $1500 worth of damage from the leak. I complained and they had a guy come out and check to see what the problem was. He was arguing and telling me it's our fault. ... DO NOT GO HERE! YOU OWE ME MONEY FROM YOUR NEGLIGENCE!

  Absolutely a nightmare purchasing appliances. Purchased almost $5,000 of appliances Labor day weekend and advised it would be 3 weeks for them to come in. We live put of town and wanted to schedule when we were at our beach house for a set date in October. Never heard from lowes and driving down 275 miles, away, I called to confirm a time the next day and advised it wasn't in. I took 2 days off work for these appliances delivery and installation. I had to pay for gas installer who showed up, but no appliances. Lowes offered 20% off by gift card. Advised that they would be here in 3 weeks. I took 2 1/2 days off then, Drove another 275 miles, each way for the delivery. They broke stone on my porch, said they would have it taken care of, over a month, no word, not fixed. The appliances finally came in, over a 2 day ordeal. Then after paying a man to install dishwasher, it didn't work. Advised it would be Feb. For the same but that they would substitute another, supposedly better one and it would be here Nov 13. Got one call, saying Nov 20 and they would find out which date (13 or 20). They never called back. We are having 12 people over at Thanksgiving and told Lowes that in October. I called 3 different days last week, without a return call. On Nov 20 was advised that it would be the 21st between noon and 2. We stayed around, waiting and at 2 o'clock, I called Lowes, advised they would contact contractor who is to install and let me know. 1 hour later, no call, I call back, was advised that that the contractor was to call and installer just found out about the installation at noon today. I called contractor and was advised that it would be Wed the 22nd. The day before Thanksgiving. Again, we started this by paying for appliances LABOR DAY weekend, beginning of Sept. Rarely ever get callsback, they are indifferent about it and although I am not a builder, i have spent over $1,000,000 at Lowe's. Home Depot her I come. I wish i could give less than one star
