  Two times now they have been called to our home for a problem with our gas logs and they gave a 3 hour window in which to service our problem, both times they never showed up and when we call they say we cancelled. I am very upset today as we made it through this last storm thank goodness but the next one we may not keep electricity and we need our fireplace working. If they can't do this job, we will call another company. This is the last chance they get, after waiting 3 hours for them to show again, they want us to wait even longer. Not good business.
